classic red eye bloody mary

6 oz Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix

2 oz Heroes Vodka

Garnish: celery, jalapeño, lime, bacon, salt

Add salt to the rim of your glass. Pour your Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix and Heroes Vodka over ice and stir. Garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary toppings. Our favorites are celery, jalapeños, limes, and bacon!

Red Eye chili

28 oz Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix
-
3 medium onions, crushed
-
3 tbsp. chili powder
-
2 lbs. ground beef
-
2 cans (15 a/2 oz.) pinto beans
-
2 tbsp. oil
-
2 tsp. salt
-
1 ½ tbsp. cumin, ground
-
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
-
1 bay leaf
-
1/8 tsp. pepper
​
Saute onions and garlic in oil in a dutch oven. Add ground beef and brown. Add the rest of your ingredients except pinto beans. Simmer covered for 2 hours. Add drained beans. Heat until beans are heated through.

½ cup Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix

2 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp. parsley

1 ½ lbs. ground lean beef or turkey

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp. salt

¾ cup milk
-
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
-
½ cup chopped onions
-
½ tsp. ground sage
-
½ tsp. dry mustard
-
1/8 tsp. black pepper
​
Mix all ingredients together and place in an oven-proof baking pan. Bake for 1 ¼ hours at 350°. After one hour, remove some of the fat. Pour ½ cup of Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix on top. Continue cooking for 15 minutes more.

Pour your Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix and Heroes Vodka into a glass over ice. Add your horseradish, Tabasco sauce, black pepper, paprika, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce in your glass and mix. Garnish with a lemon wedge and parsley sprig.

bloody mary meatballs

5 oz Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix (flavor of your choosing)

1 lb ground sirloin
-
1/2 cup almond meal or breadcrumbs
-
1 egg
-
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
-
2 tablespoons tomato paste
-
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
-
1 teaspoon celery salt
-
1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl, using a fork, gently stir the meatball mixture together. Form 20 meatballs from this mixture.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear each meatball on every side until they turn brown. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool.
Heat your Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix in a skillet and add the meatballs. Let them simmer in the mix for around 5 minutes. Top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
Bloody Mary Oysters

1 bottle Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix
-
1 dozen fresh oysters, scrubbed
-
Fresh horseradish for garnish
-
Celery leaves for garnish

Lemon
-
Hot sauce
​
Shuck your oysters, leaving them on the half shell. Crush a bed of ice and lay oysters on the ice. Top each oyster with 1 teaspoon of Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix of your choosing. Top of horseradish and celery leaves. Squeeze lemon on top of oysters.
